Episode 5 - Jon Cruz

Jon Cruz is a portrait photographer based in San Francisco, CA. He's also a great friend of Archipelago, and the nicest guy on the block!
Though he works as a full time graphic designer, he is fast becoming a well known & sought after fashion photographer in the Bay Area, LA, and beyond.
In this interview, I chat with Jon about planning shoots with a team of artists, using mood boards to help create a solid artistic vision for projects, and working with modeling agencies.
We also discuss the advantages of keeping photography as a side gig, and the freedom that comes with that.
